The Birth

Two 3-hour (6 hours total) in-home private classes with Kelsey during the third trimester. Ideal for the busy mama-to-be who wants childbirth education that is completely tailored to her birth vision—and in the comfort of her own home.

- Overview of the three stages of labor
- Coping strategies and comfort techniques for labor
- How to effectively advocate for yourself during labor
- Establishment of birth preferences
- Overview of normal newborn appearance and behavior
- Breastfeeding basics
- What to expect immediately postpartum

Three 1-hour (3 hours total) in-home sessions with Kelsey during the first 12 weeks postpartum. Ideal for the new mama who is overwhelmed, sleep deprived (I mean who isn’t?!), and doesn’t have the time or energy to research all the things.

- Overview of basic newborn care
- Establish a plan for sleep
- Establish a plan for feeding
